MOCEAN is a Tel Aviv based video production business. Our founder, Ion Legarda, is an award winning filmmaker, who graduated from Sam Spiegel Film & Television School in Jerusalem and New York Film Academy in Los Angeles.
Together with a team of experienced professionals, we strive to make the most out of every company's own story.
We began in 2012
with the ambitious goal of making any kind of videos for any kind of client. Yes... you can imagine how that went.
Under the name "Ion Legarda Photography", we started as a very successful wedding video business, while still pursuing our passion of storytelling, producing different kinds of films.
Some of those films even won awards
in different countries, like Los Angeles and France, such as "A Deep Breath", and "A Night Full of Stars".

And we couldn't have said it better, it's a passion. Telling a compelling story to the crowd is where we started, what we love to do, and our unique approach to content creation and video producing. It's easy to just shoot a video and put it together, but it's more exciting to find the story behind it to win the hearts of our audiences.
