Hi, I’m Ion Legarda, filmmaker, editor, and founder of MOCEAN.

I started this business to help truth-driven businesses, people and causes tell their stories in a way that actually reaches people. Because if you are investing your time and effort in creating it, then it's worth your audience's attention.

I’ve spent over a decade refining the craft, from directing award-winning films to working with commercial clients. But in 2024, I shifted my full focus to what matters most:
